What's included in weekly cleaning?
Our weekly pool cleaning service includes skimming the surface for leaves and debris, brushing the walls and tile line, vacuuming the pool floor, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, testing and adjusting chemical levels (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and stabilizer), inspecting the filter pressure, and checking all pool equipment for proper operation. We also provide a brief service report after each visit so you always know the status of your pool.
How long does a pool cleaning take?
A standard weekly cleaning visit typically takes between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the size of your pool, the current condition, and any additional services needed. First-time deep cleanings or pools that have been neglected may take longer. We never rush through a job -- we stay until the work is done right.
Do you provide the chemicals?
Yes. All necessary chemicals are included as part of our weekly and bi-weekly service plans. We use professional-grade chlorine, pH adjusters, algaecides, and stabilizers to keep your water safe and balanced. You do not need to purchase or store any chemicals on your own. If your pool requires specialty chemicals or treatments beyond standard maintenance, we will discuss that with you in advance.
Can you service saltwater pools?
Absolutely. We have extensive experience servicing saltwater pools throughout the Emerald Coast. Saltwater systems require specialized knowledge, including salt cell inspection and cleaning, salinity level monitoring, and proper chemical balancing specific to saltwater generators. We understand the unique needs of these systems and keep them running efficiently.
What if my pool is green?
A green pool usually means an algae bloom, which is common in Florida's warm climate, especially after heavy rains or periods without maintenance. We offer dedicated algae treatment services that include shock treatment, algaecide application, thorough brushing, and multiple filter cleanings to restore your water to a clean, clear state. After inspecting your pool, we will give you a clear, itemized quote so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you offer discounts for multiple services?
Yes, we offer bundled pricing for customers who combine services. For example, if you sign up for weekly cleaning and also need a filter replacement or equipment repair, we can offer a package rate. What payment methods do you accept?

Emergency & Scheduling
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. We understand that pool emergencies do not always happen during business hours. Whether it is a broken pump, a sudden algae bloom, or a clogged drain before a big event, we offer emergency pool service to get things resolved quickly. Call us at 850-495-7318 and we will do our best to get to your property as soon as possible, often the same day.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service visit. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other customers. If severe weather forces a cancellation, we will automatically reschedule your visit to the next available day at no additional charge. There are no cancellation fees for individual visits.
Do you service on weekends?
Our standard service days are Monday through Friday, but we do offer Saturday availability for emergency calls and by special arrangement. We understand that some rental property owners need weekend service before guest arrivals, and we work hard to accommodate those needs. Let us know your requirements and we will find a solution.
How quickly can you start?
In most cases, we can schedule your first service visit within a few days of your initial inquiry. For emergency situations, we often respond the same day.
